Cases for Product Exchange or Return
- The product can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
- The order can be exchanged or returned provided that the packaging is sealed with the manufacturer's cellophane wrap. If opened, the product cannot be exchanged or returned in accordance with Consumer Protection Agency regulations.
- The order will be collected again by the company and inspected by a specialized team. If the exchange or return request is approved, the refund will be processed either through an electronic store voucher or by depositing the order amount into the customer's bank account.
- The product can be exchanged or returned in case of receiving an incorrect order from the company. In this case, the order must be returned to the company in its original condition, with the packaging intact and undamaged. Once the returned item is received, we will refund the paid amount through the available payment methods.
Cases Where Exchange or Return is Not Accepted
- If the return request is made outside the specified timeframe of 14 days.
- If the product is used, damaged, or not in the same condition as when it was received.
- Including any consumable product that has been used or had its parts assembled.
- Any item missing from the package you received, including price tags, stickers, original packaging, free accessories, and add-ons.
- Products with an opened retail packaging (sealed box - opened external cellophane).
