   • If you receive an incorrect product, it can be returned as long as it is in its original condition (unopened and undamaged).
4. Inspection Process:
   • Returned products are inspected by a specialized team.
   • Upon approval, refunds are issued through:
     • An electronic store credit for future purchases on the website.
     • Or a bank deposit into the customer’s account.

Cases Where Exchange or Return is Not Accepted

• If the return request is made after 14 days.
• If the product is used, damaged, or in a condition different from its original state.
• Consumable products that have been used or dismantled.
